Between Spectacle and Truth:
Dialogues with Artificial Intelligence

We live in an era where AI technology is increasingly permeating our lives, influencing various spheres of it. In the abundance of possibilities we adorn ourselves with, it's easy to get lost in mediocrity. Trends impose certain standards on us, and in the sea of generated content, it's easy to lose our own voice.

But can we act consciously? To create truly valuable works, we must treat artificial intelligence as a supporting tool, not a substitute for our imagination or visual culture. Engaging in the creative process, drawing from history, culture, and our own vision - that is the key to creating something authentic that distinguishes our creativity.

Today, AI-generated images may dazzle with their spectacle, but with their ubiquity, they lose their originality. That's why it's so important for us as creators to seek inspiration beyond the beaten paths. Like the impressionists who changed the perception of art by appreciating the beauty of fleeting moments, we must be ready for new challenges and experiments.
Creativity is often an overused and underestimated concept. Instead of focusing solely on spectacle and image generation, we should strive to surpass standard frameworks and seek deeper messages. Our work with AI should be based on understanding, reflection, and conscious action, not just rapid content generation.

We must also note that phenomena that once seemed extraordinary are now commonplace and routine, much like the effects of AI. AI-generated images may still impress with their spectacle, but as they become more accessible, they lose their attractiveness.

Let's remember Malevich and his "Black Square on White Background," which was a manifesto of the supremacy of geometric form over all other elements of art. This seemingly simple image was a bold and innovative step forward, a departure from conventional norms.

Therefore, to avoid falling into the trap of mediocrity, we must use AI as a tool that helps us create more than just flashy images. Our task is to delve deeper, to use artificial intelligence in a way that opens up new possibilities of expression.
We create the true value and meaning, not the tools we use. Our work should be based on deep understanding and reflection, making our creativity unique and inspiring.

The more we consciously explore the visual world and learn to describe it, the easier it will be for us to engage in dialogue wi th AI. Only then can we harness the potential of AI in a way that surpasses standard image generation.
